Kyle Busch held the pole for about five minutes, but then his teammate, Joey Logano, bested Busch by two-hundredths of a second to win the pole for the Dover 200 at Dover International Speedway
Logano won his fifth pole of 2010 with a lap of 154.308 mph. Busch posted a lap of 154.143 and Carl Edwards was the only other driver to hit 154 mph with a lap of 154.050 to qualify third. Brad Keselowski and Paul Menard rounded out the top five. NASCAR.com
Danica Patrick qualified 42nd for her seventh NNS start.
Edwards was fastest during the day’s only practice session, which was held during the morning. Busch was second fastest and Trevor Bayne was third. RacinToday.com
