NASCAR Suspends Crew Member Due To Violation Of Substance Abuse Policy Getty Images for NASCAR


Robert Good, a crew member for the No. 26 team in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, has been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR for violating the sanctioning body’s substance abuse policy.

Good violated Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 7-5 (violation of the NASCAR substance abuse policy) of the 2009 NASCAR rule book. Good’s violation came on Oct. 9.
