The ARCA RE/MAX Series hosted their first practice session of the season at Nashville Superspeedway Friday afternoon. Friday s session under brisk temperatures served as the first and only practice sessions leading up to ARCA pole qualifying set for later this afternoon (6:40pm Eastern Time). The 41-car field will take the green flag for the Nashville ARCA 150 shortly after 1:00 pm Eastern Time serving as the prelude to the NASCAR Busch Series Pepsi 300.

DEXTER BEAN, NO. 6 FIVE STAR TELECOM CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO
Bean, a sophomore driver on the ARCA RE/MAX Series tour posted the 19th fastest time of the day with a quick lap of 30.048 seconds at 159.704 MPH. The Westby Wisconsin native is hoping to improve on his previous best Nashville Superspeedway finish of 15th (April, 2006). Bean is also featured in this weekend s official race program on page 36.
