San Antonio Speedway is getting ready for this Saturday’s big season opener race – the 2nd Annual Alamo 200 - and Express Lube has been named as the presenting sponsor.
Express Lube has been a San Antonio Speedway sponsor for several years, and this local company will be on board again for the Alamo 200 and throughout the 2007 racing season.
“Express Lube has been a loyal supporter of San Antonio Speedway, and we’re pleased that they will be presenting this year’s Alamo 200, †said Terry Dickerson, President and CEO of the USRA Track Management Group. “Express Lube is well-known business in the city of San Antonio and the surrounding area, and their continued support throughout the 2007 season is certainly appreciated. â€
All of the local Express Lube locations have been distributing “Kids Free†coupons for the past year, and their efforts have contributed to an increase in family presence at the races.
Dickerson added, “We feel that Express Lube has been a great partner in helping us get the word out to the public about San Antonio Speedway, especially by offering the “Kids Free†coupons to their customers all over the city of San Antonio. We’re glad that they’re ready to do it again this year. â€
Jason Smith, Express Lube’s VicePresident-Operations, is proud to renew Express Lube’s sponsorship at San Antonio Speedway. “After many years of being a part of the races at San Antonio Speedway and seeing the local interest in stock car racing, I’m looking forward to continuing our partnership with San Antonio Speedway, †stated Smith. “Express Lube is a family owned and operated business with 15 area locations, and we’re pleased to be a part of the family-oriented atmosphere at the speedway. â€
The Quality Pre-Owned Cars & Trucks 2nd Annual Alamo 200 ASA Late Model Series (ASA LMS) Challenge Race presented by Express Lube will feature more than 30 drivers from all over the country. The race winner will take home $10,000.
