After a Six-Week hiatus, the ASA Late Model Series Northern Division Presented by GM Performance Parts is back in action this weekend. Overall for the ASALMS, it’s been two weeks since the cars and stars of the ASALMS has raced as the ASALMS Northern Division family of crews, drivers, fans, officials, and teams are on the road and making the long haul out West to Odessa, Missouri.
The ASALMS Northern Division is eager to get back to racing action and now that wait is over! In what will now be the Second Event of the 2007 season, the wicked fast high-banks of the I-70 (MO) Speedway, located East of Kansas City in Odessa, Missouri awaits the cars and stars of the ASALMS Northern Division for the first of two events on the 2007 calendar in the Show-Me State; The Missouri 100 Presented by KC Power Equipment on Saturday June 9, 2007.
Joining the ASALMS Northern Division stars will be the I-70 Dash Cars and Enduro Divisions. There is also an optional Friday Test and Tune Practice Session for the ASALMS Northern Division teams. This is an I-70 Speedway sanctioned practice, however ASALMS personnel will not be in attendance although ASALMS Tires and Fuel will be available.
The entry list for the Missouri 100 Presented by KC Power Equipment is at 34 entries and counting. The ASALMS Northern Division contingent is currently on the road and heading over to Odessa, Missouri for the Second Race of the 2007 season. Keep up all race weekend long from the I-70 Speedway beginning on Saturday Morning.
