Jason & Kristin Flory (‘Mr. & Mrs. Late Model) spent last Saturday evening at Lakeville Speedway in Lakeville, OH with Kristin competing in the Steel Block Late Model portion of the show and husband Jason Flory racing in both the Steel Block Late Model and Super Late Model races where Kristin came home with a fourth place finish and Jason scored a win in the Steel Block Late Models after starting sixth and a solid third in the Super Late Models after starting 15th.
The Flory’s competed in their Mastersbilt Race Cars #02 and #U2 sponsored by J & D Truck Leasing, Ray’s Garage, Medina Mountain Motors, Donnie Moran Racing, Linda Vargo, Glenn ‘Jeep’ Davis, Hodge’s Café, Mason Racin’, Lias Tires, Winar Connections, Kurt’s Auto Parts and Lehman Motorsports Services.
“We had an awesome night, Jason was on a rail with his cars and I was just trying to keep up I guess (laughs)! ” chuckled Kristin after the night of racing. “We had top five’s in both the races and we’re real happy with that. Next weekend they’ll have the first Triple Crown race this year here at Lakeville so we’ll be back for that. I have never won one of those big races yet and I’d really like to get one. ”
