Jim Bernheisel and DMB Motorsports will be back in action this upcoming holiday week as the Mid-Atlantic Championship Series resumes their 2007 season.
The MACS tour kicks off again on Tuesday, July 3rd at Eriez Speedway in Hammett, PA for $5,000 to win, 50-lap event. The series will then head to Bedford Speedway on Friday, July 13th for another $5,000 to win 50-lap event. Jim will also be in action on July 14th at Susquehanna Speedway in Newberrytown, PA for a Super Late Model Special.
Bryan Bernheisel will be back in action on Saturday, July 7th at Thunder Valley Raceway in Central City, PA.
DMB Motorsports and Davey Johnson have come to a mutual agreement to let Davey race his Lazer Chassis/Bernheisel Race Components/Malcuit Racing Engines/Malcuit Tavern/JNJ Motorsports Media/Pontiac GTO out of the shop of long time and Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame member, Brad Malcuit’s shop. Johnson will run his own schedule that will include World of Outlaws Late Model Series, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, Mid-Atlantic Championship Series, Independent Racing Series, and select non-sanctioned events. This weekend Johnson will be at Lernerville Speedway for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series sanctioned, $30,000 to win Firecracker 100. On Sunday Davey will be at Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway for the $5,300 to win, Red Miley Memorial.
