The first race of the season was an adventure for veteran driver Kris Stump. An early spin got him back in the pack where he couldn’t avoid several wrecks ahead of him. But the team now has a race under their belts and is ready for the Music City Spring Clash 200 at the historic Music City Motorplex.
“My Crew Chief Rollie and I worked together down in San Antonio and we hope for better luck at Nashville, ” said Stump. Kris finished 11th in this event last season but knows his 5K Motorsports team has what it takes to win this weekend! “I have all the confidence in the world in crew chief Paul Chrisman, and the rest of the 5K Motorsports team, ” said Stump. “We also want to win for tire man Gary Donegon, who is recovering from a heart attack. “
