The ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts continues to sign new and returning sponsors left and right as the 2007 Fifth Anniversary Season is fast approaching. In a little more than four weeks, the ASALMS will begin the 2007 season in San Antonio, Texas. While teams get prepared to make the trip to the Lone Star State, more returning sponsors continue to step up to the plate for the upcoming campaign.
Miller Electric Manufacturing Company, a world leader in the manufacturing of welding and cutting equipment, will once again partner up with the ASALMS for the upcoming Fifth Anniversary 2007 Season. The 2006 ASALMS Sponsor of the Year Award winners will once again be a part of the Participating Manufacturers Program (PMP) in all three divisions within the ASALMS for the upcoming season.
“We’re very happy to have Miller Electric back with the ASALMS and in all three divisions for our Fifth Anniversary Season.” ASALMS Founder/President, Ron Varney stated. “A company as well known in the industry as Miller Electric is a great shot in the arm for the ASALMS, plus our drivers loved getting those Miller Welders, even though they had to tear up their stuff to get them!” Laughed Varney.
For 2007, Miller Electric will once again offer a welder to the driver voted on by ASALMS Officials to have incurred the hardest hit at every ASALMS Challenge Division event as well as selected shows in both the ASALMS Northern and Southern Divisions.
In addition, all ASALMS teams get a 25% off discount on products from Miller Electric for being a registered driver in the ASALMS. In 2006, Miller Electric gave away a Millermatic 175 Welder for the driver who got the award for the Hardest Hit of the Race at select ASALMS events throughout the 2006 season.
