Newton’s Own Tracy Gullett Ready For Iowa Speedway This weekend

May 19, 2007 is a date that Tracy Gullett has been working toward for a several years. A native of Newton, Iowa, Gullett will be making his debut in the ASA Late Model Series Challenge Division in front of family and friends at Newton’s new Iowa (IA) Speedway.

With support from 5K Motorsports, he will be attempting his highest-profile race to date, The Make-A-Wish 150 presented by TMC Transportation and Northland Oil. Gullett, a 1990 graduate of Newton Senior High School and 1994 graduate of the University of Iowa, will be piloting a Chevrolet Monte Carlo carrying sponsorship from Caruth Construction Inc. of Ames, Iowa, in his touring series debut.
