While Nick Tucker enjoys competing on the bigger tracks, he doesn’t complain when the ARCA RE/MAX Series (ARS) makes a stop at a short track. For the third time this season, the ARS will head to a smaller track for Sunday’s Winchester ARCA 200.
Tucker, driving Carter-2-Motorsports Dodge’s has excelled on the short tracks of USA International Speedway (Lakeland) and Salem Speedway with 15th and 16th finishes respectively. With the team’s best efforts of the season locked in, Tucker is ready to make a jump and put the No. 48 Dodge Charger into the top-10.
“I cannot wait for Sunday,” said Tucker, a native of North Carolina. “Carter-2-Motorsports has been really strong on the short tracks. We easily should have finished in the top-five at Salem two weeks ago, but we ran into some problems during the race that set us back. We recovered. But I want my first ARCA top-10 finish this weekend.”
