The ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts Northern Division’s Second event of 10 Points Events, 11 Overall in the 2007 Season, is now complete.
The wicked fast 0.543 Mile High-Banked Paved Oval of the I-70 (MO) Speedway, located East of Kansas City in Odessa, Missouri served as hosts for the second race of the 2007 season in the ASALMS Northern Division; The Missouri 100 Presented by KC Power Equipment.
The ASALMS Northern Division made their first of two appearances at the wicked fast 0.543 Mile High-Banked Paved Oval and will return to the Show-Me State on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday September 21-22-23, 2007 for the North VS South Shootout/World Cup 200, which is a points race for both the ASALMS Northern and Southern Divisions.
As for the Missouri 100 Presented by KC Power Equipment, New ASALMS Northern Division Points Leader, Trent Snyder took the lead from new ASALMS Northern Division Rookie of the Year Points Leader, Dave Gentile Jr., on Lap 66 and from there, the Ironton, Minnesota driver, who earlier in the evening won the ARP Bodies/Aluminum Racing Products Fast Qualifier Award, would go on to win his first ASALMS Feature of the 2007 season.
