After a crash in the most recent race at Hickory (N. C.) Motor Speedway, Timmy Hill is looking forward to this weekend s race at Dillon (S. C.) Motor Speedway for the Allison Legacy Series.
Hill s No. 4 autowashexpress.com Thunderbird got involved in a spin involving Austin Hogue and another car. Hill had no escape route and hit Hogue s car with the damage dropping Hill well back at the finish.
In spite of the disappointment felt after race, Timmy Hill is looking forward to this weekend s race. “We re hoping that going to Dillon Motor Speedway, we ll have a brand new setup for the new race track,” he continued. “Everybody should be equal at the new race track. That will give us a little bit of a better chance at a real good finish there.”
Part of the opening race schedule at the newly-renovated and paved Dillon (S. C.) Motor Speedway, the Allison Legacy cars bring their brand of excitement to the four-tenths-mile oval. “Coming from Hickory, it s bound to be a lot better than the week before, because we wrecked the race car,” said the young racer.
