Ambrose to Start From 3rd in NASCAR Sprint Cup Season Finale at Homestead |
Barry Klinedinst Motorsports and 2006 Mid-Atlantic Championship Series (MACS) Champion Jason Covert were able to enjoy their Easter weekend at home by virtue of the cold spell that recently fell over the eastern states.
However, the team needed that weekend off because of the busy weekend they have in front of them. Covert s weekend will consist of four events in 5 days as the team will hit all three events of the 360 OTC World of Outlaws Late Model Series eastern swing. The weekend starts off at New Egypt Speedway in New Egypt, NJ for the Cabin Fever 50 paying $10,000 to the winner. They will then head south to the immaculate Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, VA for the “Rumble on the River 3” also paying $10,000 to the winner.
