A new breed of Lancers Mitsubishi

With the introduction of the new generation Lancer EX 2008, Mitsubishi aims to achieve further success for its chart-topper brand, setting a new benchmark in the automobile world as the ultimate sports sedan for so many people worldwide.

From the original 1973 Lancer 1600 GSR – winner of numerous world rally championships in Africa, Ivory Coast and Australia – the Lancer has progressed a long way.

Shintara Hirano, a Mitsubishi Motors Corporation official, speaking at the launch, said: “I am extremely delighted to be a part of this special occasion with Zayani Motors marking the Bahrain launch of the all-new Mitsubishi Lancer EX 2008.
