Even though the badge has been removed from this prototype, the heart-shaped grille and swooping bodywork give the game away - but it’s already too late if you’re tempted to buy one. While engineers are still busy putting the final touches to the new flagship, the Italian marque has sold the entire production run of 500 cars, and the order book has closed.
Under the bonnet, lucky buyers will find a potent 450bhp 4.7-litre V8 engine. And to make sure it sounds the part, a clever exhaust system will feature Ferrari-style bypass valves.
