Aston Martin Racing has appointed Robin Brundle to the new role of managing director. Brundle, who previously ran automotive retailer Brundle Group, will be responsible for the commercial and operational side of Aston Martin’s global motorsport business.
Aston Martin Racing is a joint venture between the car marque and engineering and motorsport company Prodrive. Brundle will work closely with team principal and technical director George Howard-Chappell and will report to Prodrive chairman and chief executive David Richards. Marketing Week.co
Brundle will oversee all commercial and operational aspects of Aston Martin Racing’s global motorsport activities, including its customer team sales and support operations, working with George Howard-Chappell who continues in his role of race team principal and technical director.
