Burdett Leads Sprints To RMR Saturday



Ryan Burdett of West Jordan, Utah leads the Young Automotive USAC/SLVRA Rocky Mountain Sprint Cars to Saturday’s race at Rocky Mountain Raceways in Salt Lake City, Utah. Burdett finished fourth in last year’s standings and with Jimmy Wysong’s (2006 series champion) retirement, Ryan hopes to be a title contender this year.

Burdette, who scored a feature victory at RMR last season and added a second and two thirds, finished third in this year’s Rocky Mountain opener and leads Jeff Bergener by two points going into Saturday’s race. A 40-lap feature is on tap.
