Series point leader Tony Jones finished second at Phoenix and now leads runnerup and Phoenix fast qualifier Mike Spencer by 45 points going into this Saturday’s race at The PAS. Hagen, Rickie Gaunt and Jesse Hockett rounded out the “top-five. “
The past five Perris races have produced five different winners, including Jones, who scored eight victories there last year. Actually, dating back to last year, the last nine USAC’CRA features have produced different winners.
