Ryan Smith Sees Through Vibration to Top Ten Finish in PRA Debut



Ryan Smith, the double 2006 USAC Ford Focus Midget champion, had his Premier Racing Association (PRA) debut Saturday night at South Georgia Motorsports Park, finishing eighth on the lead lap after overcoming problems with a bad vibration.

“We had a good weekend. We got all 150 laps in, learned a lot, and can t wait for May 16th at ORP. [O Reilly Motorsports Park, was Indianapolis Raceway Park]” said the engineering student after the race. Smith plans to transfer to Penn State to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
