Concord, NC— Donny Schatz and Craig Dollansky both moved up in the National Speed Sport New Power Rankings this week, after strong performances last week.

Schatz, the two-time defending Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series champion moved up to second this week, after earning his seventh A-Feature win of the season at Dodge City Raceway Park in Kansas, after setting fast time and finishing seventh in the opener of the two-night event. He also picked up a win last week at Sharon Speedway in Ohio, where the World of Outlaws will compete later this season.

Schatz leads the World of Outlaws championship standings on the strength of 22 Top-10, with 16 of those being in the Top-Five. He is the only driver that has finished in the Top-10 in each and every event this season as he chases his third consecutive series title.

Dollansky, who is third in the World of Outlaws championship standings, moved ahead two spots into the eighth position in the National Speed Sport News Power Rankings after a second-place finish at Dodge City Raceway Park and a four-place performance in the finale on Saturday night.

The native of Elk River, Minnesota has 21 Top-10 finishes in 22 starts, with 15 of those being Top-Five performances. He leads the series with 153 laps led and is the only driver that has been in front for more than 150 circuits. He is 96 points behind Schatz as he chases his first World of Outlaws title.

The Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series was one of just two series, along with the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series to have more than one driver represented in the Power Rankings this week.
