He Said It…
Levi Jones On The Team’s Night At The Terre Haute Action Track:
“Considering the night we had, to come away with a top-10 is something we’ll take. Obviously, I wanted to win, as Terre Haute is one of my favorite tracks and I love racing there. The track wasn’t what we’d normally see and I would have liked to qualify better, at least in the top-six. In the feature, every time I’d get some momentum built up, it seemed like I’d have to go in with a flat tire. The guys worked really hard to get them changed and get me back out. I was really proud of them. To finish eighth after all that was a relief. I’m looking forward to this week’s busy schedule. We’ve got four chances to get another win for Chevrolet and Bass Pro Shops. I’d really like to get them their first silver crown series win. That would be pretty cool.”
