The World of Outlaws and Fulton Speedway officials have agreed to cancel the July 24 event at the 1/3-mile track in Fulton, N.Y.
This puts the focus squarely on the World of Outlaws return to Lebanon Valley Speedway on July 22 in West Lebanon, N.Y., and the series’ inaugural appearance at Ohsweken Speedway on July 25 in Ohsweken, Ontario.
“We’re disappointed we won’t be able to compete this season at Fulton Speedway, ” said World of Outlaws series director Carlton Reimers. “However, it will allow all of our teams to cross into Canada at a more relaxed pace for the World of Outlaws debut at Ohsweken Speedway. ”
The World of Outlaws also continues to be a major hit with ESPN2 viewers. Don’t miss this Sunday’s noon Eastern broadcast of Round 5 of the SuperClean Summer of Money, the $50,000-to-win Kings Royal by Crown Royal at Eldora Speedway and see if Joey Saldana can repeat as champion in his Kasey Kahne Racing Sprint Car.
