That was a long race, a lot longer than it should have been, with two red flags and a bunch of cautions.

Jimmie Johnson went to the top of the points leadership after finishing third at Kansas Speedway in a controversial, rain-swept LifeLock 400.
Johnson has a six-point lead over fellow Hendrick Motorsports driver Jeff Gordon, who came in fifth.
“The biggest question mark right now is what goes on with [Biffle], ” added Johnson. “He clearly ran out of gas and I feel terrible for those guys. But if you can’t maintain pace car speed, then the guys that can finished ahead of you. ” Alexander Ferguson, SportingLife
Jimmie Johnson said when Sunday’s race at Kansas Speedway resumed on lap 156 after a long rain delay, his strategy was simple.
“Go like hell,” Johnson said.
Because he made a pit stop before the two-hour-plus rain delay, Johnson restarted the race in 24th place on the end of the lead lap just ahead of race leader Tony Stewart. But shortly after that restart, Stewart and other Chase contenders crashed coming off turn two. NICK BROMBERG, KansasCity.com
