Then Elliott had an idea: Put the road-course ace in the No. 21 Wood Brothers/JTG Racing car for the Centurion Boats at the Glen.
“Bill came to me and said, ‘In the best interest of the team, let’s put Boris in,’ ” said team co-owner Len Wood. “Bill is an excellent road racer - the first race he ever won was at Riverside.

It’s hard not to have sympathy for a driver like Boris Said, a guy who desperately wants to make it in NASCAR who has seemingly put on a focus on competing in events where his team can run at a somewhat even plane with the big boys.
