Chrysler CEO Bob Nardelli and General Holiefield, the UAW’s top representative for the automaker, will lead the handoff event on Wednesday at the Connor Avenue assembly plant in Detroit, where the Viper is hand-built.
Busch selected the color, bright red, and the option package, though a Chrysler spokesman said the car is a typical production version. Busch is planning to have the car shipped home (to Concord, North Carolina) from Detroit, though his future plans for it aren’t known.
Dodge is all about grabbing life by the horns. Whether it’s winning all the awards, taking the checkered flag or teaming up with a great rock band, Dodge does it all.
