Call it an unofficial theme for this week s latest Car of Tomorrow test, being held Tuesday and Wednesday at Richmond International Raceway. The “COT” was used in competition for the first time the last two weeks at the Bristol and Martinsville short tracks. Next up for the COT: Phoenix International Raceway on April 21.
