With his first NASCAR Busch Series win in his rear view mirror, NASCAR rookie and former Formula 1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya will make his first competition laps ever at AMS in the upcoming Nicorette 300 NASCAR Busch Series race.
Prior to his win in last Sunday’s Mexico road course race, Montoya had not notched a top-10 in a NASCAR sanctioned event. In addition to the Nicorette 300, Montoya will also run the Kobalt Tools 500 NEXTEL Cup event on Sunday, March 18.
