FRUSTRATION FOR TROY
The first day of qualifying for the sixth round of this year’s Superbike World Championship at Monza ended with Troy frustrated. Problems with braking into the corners plagued Troy all day and so he was unable to push hard and finish higher then twelfth place.
Series leader James Toseland (Honda) led the way today smashing the lap record by nearly a second. Noriyuki Haga (Yamaha) was second quickest, with Karl Muggeridge (Honda) third and Regis Laconi (Kawasaki) fourth.
