For the first time this season the Jack Daniel’s Racing duo of Shane Price and Jack Perkins will line up at a race track that they have plenty of experience on when they tackle the Winton Motor Raceway in rural Victoria.
Both Price and Perkins have considerable experience on the track, despite both racing in their rookie season in the V8 Supercar Championship, with Winton playing the test venue for Jack Daniel’s Racing.
“Of all the tracks we’ll race on this season this is the track that both Jack (Perkins) and I have the most ‘seat’ time on, ” explained Price. “We use this track as our test venue so over the past couple of years we’ve spent countless laps testing and developing our race cars. Needless to say we’ll both be aiming to put that experience to good use. “
