V8 Supercar driver James Courtney got a great start off the line in last night’s opening episode of Channel 7’s Dancing with the Stars.

The JELD-WEN Motorsport driver performed the Cha Cha with dance partner Olya Bourtasova, the pair receiving positive comments from the judges.

James and Olya scored 27 points from the panel of four judges, placing them in third position. The public vote will be added to their scores at the end of next Tuesday’s show when one of the ten couples will be eliminated.
