After finishing 11th overall at the opening round of the V8 Supercar Championship Series in Adelaide, Fujitsu Racing’s Jason Bright is confident of further improvement at round #2 at Perth’s Barbagallo Raceway on 23-25 March.
Bright is a two-time winner (2002 and 2004) and believes the three-race sprint format should suit his Falcon.
“Adelaide was a very positive start for us, now we got to Perth where I feel that we can be more competitive, ” said Bright.
“We had a Falcon that set the third-fastest lap time in the Saturday race, so the pace is there.
“Perth’s three-race format should suit us better, and we are pretty confident about qualifying well.
