New Zealand s leading motor industry body, the Motor Trade Association (MTA), will back Kiwi stars Greg Murphy and Jason Richards campaign at next weekend s third round of the V8 Series, the Placemakers V8 Supercars, at Pukekohe Park Raceway.
Murphy and Richards Tasman Motorsport Holden VE Commodores will carry major MTA branding for the event, the last to be run at Pukekohe before the series moves to a street race in Hamilton.
The event is the hometown championship round for not only Murphy and Richards, but much of the Tasman Motorsport team, with many of the team s crew members and the majority of directors and sponsors hailing from New Zealand.
