V8 Supercar drivers Jason Bargwanna, Steven Richards, Max Wilson and Mark Winterbottom have taken to some more suitable equipment during the rain delay at Round 5 of the V8 Supercar Championship Series at Sydney’s Eastern Creek Raceway today.
As New South Wales bunkers down with more heavy rain and storms forecast, Ford Performance Racing drivers Richards and Winterbottom and WPS/WOW Racing drivers Bargwanna and Wilson have utilised today’s rain delay at Eastern Creek to take to the puddle’s of the rain-soaked circuit.
Richards and Bargwanna are known for their wet-weather skills behind the wheel of their #6 Castrol FPR Falcon and #10 WPS Racing Falcon respectively.
With the help of some equipment more suited to today’s conditions, the two experienced drivers were joined by their team-mates for some aquatic fun.
#8 WOW Racing Falcon pilot Max Wilson and #5 Orrcon Falcon driver Mark Winterbottom joined in on the light-hearted moment at the Sydney circuit this morning as the weekend’s schedule as been suspended pending weather conditions.
