Rugged Ford Ranger Edge built by Camburg Engineering is first vehicle in MB Motorsports new off-road racing team. The team’s first vehicle is an awesome Ford Ranger Edge built by Camburg Engineering of Huntington Beach, CA. This Ranger Edge runs the Camburg front 19” Long Travel Edge system, with the billet hub upgrade and full TT Race rear 3 link system. The shocks are made by Bilstein. It runs the 9300 series Black Hawks in the rear, with a 60mm dual rate coilover. Up front, it runs a 9100 series dual rate coilover with a 3 tube by-pass shock. The rims and tires are Nitto “Dune Grapplers” on American Racing wheels. Precision gears in the Camburg full floater rear end are connected to an out TT race series 3 link system out back and to a Culhane C4 3-speed automatic linked to the 4.0 SOHC Ford V6 up front. The first off-road truck race under the MB Motorsports banner will be run in February 2008 at the “Best in the Desert” meet in Parker, Arizona.
