“I clocked a good laptime in the first Practice session, especially considering that it was my first time at Brands, while we literally fell in qualifying.” Edoardo Piscopo took two more important points at Brands Hatch, in the 2007/2008 A1 Grand Prix Of Nations season finale. On the British Brands Hatch track, in its Grand Prix configuration, Piscopo had a good start in practice, despite it was his first approach to the tough racetrack, by keeping a small gap to the top. Unfortunately, in qualifying he experienced some performance troubles with new tires, that forced him to stay on the same laptimes and clinch respectively row 8 and row 9 of the following races.
